      Principle of operation of an ozone generator:

      1. The basic principle behind ozone generators is primarily based on strong oxidation, which converts low-concentration nitrogen oxides into soluble high-valent nitrogen oxides. These nitrogen oxides are then absorbed in a scrubbing tower, thereby achieving the goal of removal. Ozone generators can be applied to industrial boilers fueled by gas, coal, and heavy oil, as well as to furnaces used for processing biological waste, tires, and other industrial wastes.

      2. An ozone generator merely produces ozone; its disinfecting effect is minimal. Ozone cannot penetrate the viral membrane, whereas ultraviolet light can penetrate the viral shell and alter its DNA. Plasma technology further disrupts the virus’s genetic material, preventing it from replicating and multiplying. Subsequently, ground-state oxygen atoms react chemically with single atoms, eventually transforming into water and carbon dioxide.

      3. In this process, ozone actually plays a very minor role. Therefore, compared to traditional ozone generators that rely on ozone disinfection, the purification, sterilization, and disinfection speed of light plasma technology is in a completely different league. Moreover, given that the ozone produced by conventional ozone generators is carcinogenic, the drawbacks far outweigh the benefits.
