500G/H Ozone Generator Kit KW-L500GZ

Using ozone generators for disinfection is now a widely adopted and highly effective method, particularly prevalent in food production enterprises, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and aquaculture facilities. Not only does this method deliver excellent disinfection results and boasts a high safety profile, but it also avoids secondary pollution. Although ozone generator-based disinfection and sterilization are relatively safe, there are still many aspects we need to pay close attention to. Professionals from ozone generator manufacturers have summarized for us the key points we should keep in mind during operation.

Ozone Generator – Ozone Generator Manufacturer – Ozone Generator Accessories

Using ozone generators for disinfection is now a widely adopted and highly effective method, particularly prevalent in food production enterprises, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and livestock farms. Not only does this method offer excellent disinfection results and a high safety profile, but it also avoids secondary pollution. Although ozone generator-based disinfection and sterilization are relatively safe, there are still many aspects we need to pay close attention to. Professionals from ozone generator manufacturers have summarized for us the key points we should keep in mind during operation.

      1. First, we need to understand that ozone is harmful to humans; therefore, its use is strictly prohibited when people are present. After the ozone generator is turned off, you may enter the workshop only after more than 30 minutes in a well-ventilated area or more than 120 minutes in a poorly ventilated area. If the ozone machine is accidentally left on or if the residual ozone concentration indoors is high, leading to excessive inhalation of ozone gas and causing physical discomfort, immediately help the affected person move to an outdoor, well-ventilated area to rest. If symptoms such as chest tightness, headache, cough, or persistent tearing occur, seek medical attention immediately or call 120 for emergency assistance.

      2. It is prohibited to spray flammable and explosive substances (such as alcohol, gasoline, etc.) onto or within a 2-meter radius of the ozone generator. It is also prohibited to use flammable cleaning agents to wipe the exterior or any internal components of the machine, in order to avoid damaging the machine or causing safety incidents.

      3. The ozone generator is equipped with a high-voltage module (3–10 kV). Do not touch the machine when it is powered on. Do not use this device in flammable or explosive environments, nor in areas with cooking fumes or dust. Within a 1-meter radius around the unit when it is operating, no combustible materials are allowed. Also, no combustibles should be placed beneath wall-mounted ozone generators. The premises where this equipment is used must independently install appropriate smoke detectors, heat detectors, and fire sprinkler systems, and must pass inspection and approval by the local fire department.

      4. When the ozone generator is turned on, do not block or cover the fan or ventilation openings.

      5. The ozone generator should be used in an environment with a temperature ranging from 2 to 38°C, a relative humidity of ≤80%, no condensation or dew formation, and free from fumes, cooking oil smoke, and dust.

      6. Strictly follow the contents of the “Ozone Generator Maintenance and Inspection Checklist—One Machine, One Form.” Ozone generators must undergo daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance, and records must be kept accordingly.
