Application Cases of Ozone Generators Produced by Guizhou Kewe Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. in Food Factories

I. Advantages of Ozone Generators in the Food Processing Industry

Advantage 1: Ozone sterilization technology is a new sterilization technique that has gained popularity in recent years. It is suitable not only for foods with poor thermal conductivity and foods whose quality tends to deteriorate when heated, but also for food products such as vegetable juices, meat broths, soft drinks, and coffee beverages packaged in materials like plastic and glass. This technology can achieve sterilization in a short period of time and effectively prevent secondary contamination.

Advantage 2: Due to its numerous advantages that traditional sterilization methods—such as thermal sterilization, ultra-high-pressure sterilization, and chemical sterilization—do not possess, it has found wide-ranging applications in fields including food, healthcare, and chemical engineering.

Advantage 3: Ozone possesses an extremely strong disinfecting power against microorganisms such as bacteria, molds, and pathogens. It kills viruses by directly disrupting their RNA and DNA. As for bacteria and other microbial pathogens, ozone first acts on the cell membrane, then damages the internal cellular structures, ultimately leading to cell lysis and death.

Advantage 4: Utilizing air and water as raw materials results in extremely low costs for sterilization and disinfection. After sterilization, the agents decompose into oxygen and water, leaving no residual substances behind. The sterilization and disinfection process can be completed in just 1–2 minutes.

II. Company Case
