    2.1 Overall structure

    The front panel of the power supply consists of power switch,
    high voltage switch, voltage regulation, current regulation,
    voltage display, current display, CV mode, CC mode, HV on / off,failure state, remote / local and chassis handle.

    3.Operate processing

    Normally open button this equipment will produce fatal high

    voltage! High voltage power supply must be well grounded.1. After unpacking, please check the label on the power supply toconfirm that the rated value of the power supply is consistent withthe parameters you require. Except for special customization, thehigh-voltage power supply of Jmdc-P30-10mA is 220 V (mains) AC input.

    2. Good grounding: the shell of high-voltage power supply must beinput.well grounded, and the grounding column of power supply can bedirectly connected with the grounding wire. The return line of high-voltage load should be directly connected with the groundingcolumn of power supply. It is not recommended to ground thereturn line of high-voltage load and the grounding column of high-voltage power supply separately.

    3. Connect the high voltage power cable with the load equipment.

    4. Insert the high-voltage plug of the high-voltage cable into thehigh-voltage interface of the power supply and tighten the nut.

    5. Connect the power input line.

    6. Turn on the power switch on the panel.

    7. Press the high voltage on button, and the red high voltage onindicator on the panel will be on. Adjust the voltage and currentpotentiometer to adjust the output voltage and current. The powersupply is a constant voltage and current power supply, which canadjust the voltage to the maximum value first and then adjust thecurrent, or adjust the current to the maximum value first and thenadjust the voltage. The display of voltage and current values is determined by the high voltage load, and the displayed voltage andcurrent values are the parameters needed by the high voltage load
    in real time.

    8. Press the high voltage control signal to turn off or turn off thehigh voltage, the output of the power supply will quickly be zero,and the power supply will enter the no output state. At this time,the fault protection and interface function of the power supply willcontinue to work.

    9. Turn off the power switch of the high-voltage power supply orcut off the 220 V power input line of the high-voltage power supplyto turn off the high-voltage power supply completely.

    4.Precautions and troubleshooting of equipment

    4.1 precautions

    After the high-voltage output is turned on, it is forbidden for anynon professional personnel to contact the high-voltage powersupply and its related equipment.

    The grounding wire of high voltage equipment must be checkedbefore use, and the main control cabinet and its high voltagegenerator must be grounded in good condition.

    After the grounding wire is connected, the control signal output byPLC is connected with the control host through 15p port to output the control signal.

    After the high-voltage power switch is turned on, the power supplyis in the locked state, and a trigger signal is needed to unlock thepower supply. After setting the output voltage and sending thedrive signal, the power supply can work normally.
    Please turn off the power switch when the high voltage powersupply is out of service.

    4.2 Common troubleshooting

    (1) The power switch indicator light goes out: please check whetherthe power plug is firmly plugged in and whether the AC power isnormal. If everything is normal, please open the fuse box of thepower socket and check whether the fuse is normal.

    (2) No high voltage output: check whether the power supply isnormal; Check whether the connecting cable with the transformer isconnected normally; Check whether the black high voltage wire isconnected normally; Test whether the upper computer controlsignal output is normal.
