The primary reason is that ozone has strong oxidizing properties, enabling it to rapidly oxidize even hard-to-kill microorganisms like bacteria, spores, fungi, and E. coli without causing secondary pollution. Secondly, ozone is a gas that can achieve 360-degree sterilization and disinfection with no dead angles. It can also effectively eliminate odors and other undesirable substances.
How to Protect Our Food Safety:
1. Ozone-disinfected water can be generated by an ozone generator. This ozone-disinfected water can be used to soak and clean our food ingredients. Not only does it cleanse our raw materials, but it also disinfects and sterilizes them. Moreover, the ozone-disinfected water we produce can also be used to clean the utensils, tools, and equipment we use. Of course, it can also be used to clean floors, providing a bactericidal and disinfecting effect.
2. After workers finish their daily shift, we can set up regular disinfection cycles to sanitize the workshop air and equipment surfaces. Ozone is a gas that can be evenly distributed to every corner of the workshop, ensuring thorough sterilization and disinfection with no dead zones.

We’ve conducted relevant experiments, and using ozone generators custom-made specifically for this purpose has proven to be an effective way to disinfect our cold storage facilities. The main applications are as follows:
1. Utilization Custom-made ozone generators The ozone generated by the ozone generator is used to disinfect and sterilize cold storage facilities, primarily leveraging ozone’s powerful oxidizing properties to destroy the cells of microorganisms such as bacteria and mold. Since it dissipates without leaving any secondary pollution, this method helps protect our food from damage.
2. During storage, our fruits and vegetables produce ethylene—a biological substance that accelerates their ripening process, eventually leading to spoilage. At this point, we can use our ozone generator to oxidize ethylene. During the disinfection process, the ozone generated by the ozone generator not only eliminates ethylene in the air but also effectively inhibits the metabolic activity of our fruits and vegetables, thereby significantly extending their shelf life and storage duration.
